Presently he is serving as the Executive Director in Prasadini Oil Mills Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of Pilot Brand Cold Pressed Mustard Oil.

Social Engagements
He continues to volunteer in various social organizations by implementing his skills in designing, organizing and executing various projects/events for the betterment of our society. Past social contributions include Rashtriya Sewa Bharti, Sewa Bharti, Sanskaar Bharti, UDAAN, Ekal Abhiyan, ISKCON, Art of Living Foundation, Rotary International, Toastmaster International, etc. to name a few.
He continues to serve community thru Samarthbharat (samarthbharat.net) which is providing pathways for re-skilling and up-skilling youth enabling them to transit into formal sector employment or begin an entrepreneurial journey in their field of training. Also Samarthbharat in collaboration with various Universities of NCR region is working towards creating a startup support eco-system for new startup founders.

A seasoned professional with 25 years of diverse experience from Service Industry to Manufacturing to Philanthropy to Academic to Research. Area of expertise in the field Entrepreneurship, HR, Training, Finance, Corporate Governance, Philanthropic activities, Preventing Health Care, Yoga, Corporate Social Responsibility, ESG and more.
This diverse background and skillset provide her the ability to understand and address the unique needs of a variety of organizations, which can be towards corporate governance or resulting in successful and sustainable programs that have made a positive impact on both the company and the community.
Adept at designing, implementing and managing employee engagement and community service initiatives that align with organizational objectives and promote sustainable and responsible practices. Skilled in CSR with a strong commitment to serving on issues related to Health, underprivileged women, children, disadvantaged youth, Environment including homeless and special needs population. She has been working for CSR, Sustainable Development along with ESG goals.
